A little confusing how to enter the building and to collect the keys from one of the safe and then no sign about where the parking is. Needs to have a clear sign to say parking.
Sofa bed was a little dirty and had crumbs and dirt on underneath

- Spacious apartment (stayed in 2 bed ground floor apartment)
- WiFi was good
- Poor quality furniture/ facilities
- Broken headboard & shower hose, missing dining chair
- Walls covered in scuffs and marks
- No attention to detail (scruffy old washing up sponge provided, cutlery and crockery old and dirty, toothpaste marks on sink splashbacks, no full length mirrors)
- None of the windows could be opened
- No signage in car park to direct you to the reception.
