Location is excellent, v quiet and private. Hot tub was great, and the entire place was spotless. Excellent facilities with the full kitchen equipment.
The lack of lower/smaller lighting in the rooms was not ideal - we only had the big lights available. Used phone torch to read my book. Beds were very soft too which I know is down to personal taste but felt they were far from middle ground!

The caravan with hot tub was amazing ! So good for the price ! Clean and comfortable and such a quiet location !
It would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture.

Nice location in front of the river, very close to shops and cafes and you can park one car behind the pod. If you have a dog there is a big park, fairly clean. The pod is warm, especially the en-suite bathroom which has a heater.
There isn’t much privacy either from neighbours or the main road on the bridge. The wood fired hot tub takes at least 4-5 hours to get warm, not even hot, we ended up using it properly the next day. They should put it on for the arrival if you want to use it in the same day. The pod wasn’t much clean, the bed and the sofa smelled like sweat and there were crumbs and dust in some part of the floor.
