Lovely site, very quiet
It does need to be clearer when booking that there is a £35 compulsory cost for entertainment passes and £100 security deposit. Always there was a warning that there would be a £25 charge for any rubbish left in the caravan but there was food from the previous user in the fridge when we arrived. Also please leave loo roll for the next tenants (even half a roll)!!

A road map of the site would have been helpful at the start until we found our way around. But it didn’t take long.

Location was nice, cross the rd onto the beach.
Boiler didn't work properly, no heating or hot water. It was a Friday night and caravan site was noisy until 2am.
