Very comfortable
Needs a couple of extra serving, desert and wooden spoons, mop for the bathroom/kitchen and a new tray for the dish washer

Location, cleanliness, comfort, well stocked kitchen
The lighting in the lounge and dining room was very poor, we tried to use the reading light but this was flickering madly and unusable. We noticed in the guest comment book that this has been reported but nothing has been actioned in this regard despite the PAT test being a Pass.
Also previously reported was the dripping cold tap in the bathroom downstairs. Given the downstairs location of the bathroom there should be a night light available.

Location very good. Beds very comfortable
Lighting in property very poor. Kitchen equipment ok. but a little bit more would have been useful. No details as to what to do with dustbins. There was rubbish in the bins from previous occupiers. Not sure how long it had been in bins.
