Ottimo appartamento, funzionale,ben riscaldato e silenzioso. Posizione comoda sotto casa bar,pizzeria,supermercato.
Un poco difficile trovare parcheggio sotto casa ma nelle vicinanze ho sempre trovato posto.

A 2min dal mare, veramente! Spiaggia libera attrezzata in fondo alla via dove cucinano anche bene.
Lavatrice molto comoda (abbiamo avuto qualche problema nel funzionamento).
Sicuramente lo consiglio.

Malfunzionamento della lavatrice e delle luci dei comodini. Stoviglie non ben lavate, presenza di una caraffa (o bollitore?) a mio avviso da buttare 🤢
Presenza della macchinetta compatibile Nespresso, ma dopo un lungo viaggio non essendoci né la moka, né le cialde, siamo dovuti uscire per goderci un caffè.
