La posizione nel centro di Piombino è strategica e unica.
Strutturalmente dentro l'alloggio c'è poca luce, ma il disagio è ovviato da un'ottima illuminazione

Del mio soggiorno a Piombino tutto mi ha estasiata, la posizione, l'accoglienza, la comodità della casa e quell'atmosfera di antico che mi ha da subito conquistata.
La signora Gabriella è stata attenta alle mie esigenze e sempre disponibile e cortese.
Ho vissuto un mese sentendomi come a casa mia e ringrazio di cuore dell'ospitalità e cordialità.
L'unico difetto, se possiamo chiamarlo tale perché è comunque una caratteristica della casa per come è concepita, è la scarsità di punti luce, però mi sono subito adattata perché tale inconveniente veniva sopperito dalla vista del mare in lontananza.

Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung ist tiptop, das Wifi einwandfrei und die Kommunikation tiptop aber remote.
In der Wohnung herrscht ein unangenehmer Parfumgeruch, der nicht durch Lüften weg ging. (Das könnte man bestimmt verbessern!) Was auch schwierig ist, weil es keine richtigen Fenster hat. Die Wohnung ist Parterre und sehr dunkel.
