This was great for our group of 20 people. It was very easy with 10 individual rooms available for our group.
The team were excellent and arranged anything we wanted. They were always around but never obvious.
The pool is great.
The common area was fantastic with a TV room for the kids. It was large enough for us to sit 20 people for a meal. The team organized a Balinese feast for us.
It was quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the main street in Seminyak.
It is a little tired but look past that and you will have a fantastic stay.

I loved the location, circle K is 2 mins away.
I loved the pool. Best ever!!
I loved the hangout area, ample of space!! The garden was so big that we could host games. The host and staff has been so accommodating.
This isn't an issue at all, but perhaps one of the rooms outside floorings could be changed cuz the wooden plank comes off.

Staff at the property were amazing, great location and pool was excellent for a large group.
Some of the rooms were a little tired and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing in some of the bathrooms wasn’t great. The water was a bit smelly.
