Anfitriã muito cordial, local com segurança 24h, elevadores, vaga para PCD, local para tomar um café ☕️ maravilhoso e lanchar a preços bem acessíveis. Bem pertinho do Rio Centro ( locais de grandes eventos e convenções) ifood entrega na portaria, frigobar, ar, sacada.

Tudo. Achei super aconchegante e um tamanho ótimo para um casal.
A segurança do condomínio e as trancas da porta também, achei muito seguro.

* the Balcony is a must
* Skyline view and you can appreciate the nature and the far away sea.
