Totul a fost foarte curat . Casa este puțin ciudat organizată, este concepută din două apartamente. Ca să ajungi la apartamentul de jos trebuie să treci prin camera centralei și spălătorie( prin subsol mai exact) , acolo este un living două dormitoare și o a doua bucătărie.
Bucătăria principală este complet utilată cu tot ce este nevoie, ar mai lipsi niște zahăr și niște cafea . Există 3 aparate de cafea Nespresso, însă nu am știut asta de la început și nu am cumpărat capsulele necesare.
Cheia a fost predată prin cutia de chei aflată lângă ușă.
Singurul inconvenient ar fi ceasul din living care sună la ora 06:00 dimineața și este destul de gălăgios , în prima noapte ne-am trezit speriați crezând ca suna cineva la ușă .
În living a fost destul de cald, dar în dormitoare pe timpul zilei era foarte frig, dar pătura de pat face față la frig . Așternuturile paturilor sunt de foarte bună calitate. Per total recomand locația , este foarte frumos și ne vom întoarce cu siguranță.
Frig în dormitoare . Pereții foarte subțiri , se aude absolut tot, chiar și dacă vorbești în șoaptă . Ceasul din living care sună la ora 06:00. Lipsa capsulelor de cafea .

Very spacious: travelling with four couples, each had a part of the house to their own - sharing 3 bathrooms among each other, nice adventure exploring the lay-out with quite some surprises. Very quiet spot, nearly zero traffic passing by, no noises, just silence. Beautiful views of the trees and besides the trees a view into the valley. House is directly next to wonderful walking and biking paths, eg the Bruchhauser Steine. BBQ place on covered terrace, so even with some rain you could still do a BBQ - with choice out of one large Weber and another big BBQ. Comfy, cozy large living room, dining room (well fit for 8 persons; would get a bit more tight for more persons). Lots of entertainment in the house: table tennis, dutch sjoelbak (shuffleboard game), boardgames like Cluedo and Monopoly, books etc. We got one set of keys to the main door, but there are two more doors on the backside, each having their own keys, so couples could go separate ways - or use the keybox to fetch the key to the main door. The house was well heated when we arrived. Showers had good pressure and water supply. Beds were mostly comfortable, with plenty of extra duvets and pillows. Overall, tidy and clean. Downstairs apartment is more modern, interior rest of house is a bit dated - but that didn't bother us at all, it fits in the area and adds charm.
Communication with the host company was a bit of a struggle; Booking.com states key can be obtained through keybox, check-in at 15h, check-out at 11h. Email by host states an appointment needs to be made an hour in advance with the host coming to check-in, at 16h, and check-out at 10h. Sending a WhatsApp to the host lady resulted in no answer; decided to call her (I'm a bit anxious to call in German language so I preferred WhatsApp at first), hearing there is a keybox and no need for her to come and let us in. Also the guidance in the house itself indicates check-out is at 11h. Would be advisable for hosting company to provide accurate info for this facility. Parking through the gate was a bit tricky: narrow and steep; one of our cars had damage from that gate. Shower area of upstairs bathroom is really run-down, with some outer tiles falling apart and water damage on the inside. The '80s design of the bathrooms isn't bad in itself - no need to replace something which is working, as it would only increase the rent - but this one shower compartment would be in need of renovation.

Sehr schöne Lage am Waldrand. Ruhig. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber und die Betten bequem.
Das Haus bräuchte dringend eine Genralüberholung. Die Wände und Fenster sind teilweise schmutzig, Tapete hat Risse/Löcher, die Fensterbänke sind nicht sauber, die Balkontür hat Schwitzwasser, der Duschkopf hat keinen richtigen Strahl in der oberen Etage und die Duschwand ist im unteren Bereich sehr angelaufen. Die Gläser sind teilweise milchig. In den Küchenschubladen lagen lose Batterien sowie undefinierbare Cremes. Die Lehnen der Sessel waren stark abgegriffen, die Deko beschädigt, bzw. nicht passend zur Jahreszeit (Weihnachtsmann...). Die Rauchmelder, wenn vorhanden, lagen lose im Raum...
