Good location for a visit to disneyland
Were slow to reply questions and requests. I asked if we could get bedsheets and it took more than a week and help of booking to get a reply. Then I asked if we could check in earlier and I got no reply. Reception was closed when we arrived. And on the second day I got a reply (when we were already there) that early check in was not possible….
They brought the bed sheets but 1 out of 3 were dirty and there was a dirty broom and mop we had to use to clean the bungalow. So it’s pretty questionable on how clean the bungalows really are.

The cabin was a great size and we liked the separate bedrooms. Great location close to disney and easy to get to.
There was no emergency contact for the site which we desperately needed upon leaving as we had an emergency. Really the site could do with having an emergency call out number even if it came with a charge. It would have saved us a lot of stress. Also on booking.com it said the pool was open all year but it isn't so that needs changing as we had two excited kids that were disappointed they couldn't use the pool. A toaster in the cabins would also be great.
