Мы впервые поселились в этих апартаментах в прошлом году. Были очень довольны и забронировали их еще раз. Прекрасное расположение: близко станция RER-B, вокруг тишина, природа, очень живописный городок, великолепный вид с веранды. В отличие от парижских отелей, нет ощущения тесноты. Отдельный плюс - большая веранда. Есть все необходимое, жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Батареи отопления работают, можно быстро нагреть в комнатах и в ванной. Удобный ровный матрас и нежное новое постельное белье. Большое спасибо хозяевам за заботу!
Улучшить можно посуду: тефлоновые кастрюли и сковородки сильно поцарапаны. Еще один нюанс - окна не открываются, в спальне их вообще нет. Чтобы проветрить, надо открывать дверь. Нам это было непривычно, но, как я поняла, здесь так строят. Изменить невозможно, надо просто иметь это в виду при выборе жилья.

A nice, cozy apartment for one, or at most two people, with a beautiful view over the valley. It’s only fifteen minutes from École Polytechnique — which was really important to me — if you take the shortcut uphill. The more convenient route takes a bit longer, but we’re not looking for easy ways, are we?
There’s a decent kitchen in the apartment, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace. The garden is a bit abandoned, but it suits the atmosphere quite well.
If you don’t have a car, the apartment is about ten minutes from the nearest RER station downhill, and about the same distance from the bus stop uphill. The Orlyval plus commuter train is a cheap and comfortable way to get to the apartment from Orly.
Not disadvantages, but things to keep in mind:
* The apartment has a ceramic tile floor, so if you’re traveling during the cold season, bring warm socks or slippers.
* The restroom is quite small.
* The atmosphere is humid, which might feel unusual for travelers from the north.

Er was Netflix!
We wilden iets eerder inchecken (slechts een half uur tot een uur), maar dat bleek onmogelijk omdat ik bij de reservering had aangegeven om 17:00 te komen. Vervolgens kreeg ik om 16:00 toch de code van de sleutelkluis en konden we er om 16:15 gewoon in. Erg verwarrende en onnodige communicatie.
Het appartement bevindt zich op zolder, waardoor alles erg laag en schuin is. Dit geeft een benauwend gevoel. Op het bed lagen zwarte hoeslakens met lichte vlekken; men zei dat het schoon was, maar het voelde absoluut niet zo.
Daarnaast kwamen er achteraf nog verplichte schoonmaakkosten van €80 bij. Dit soort kosten horen gewoon duidelijk vermeld te worden bij het boeken, niet pas later. Voor dat bedrag verwacht je in ieder geval een beter uitgeruste keuken, maar er waren maar weinig bekers en glazen aanwezig.
Tijdens ons verblijf hing er een rioollucht in het appartement en toen de onderburen laat op de avond gingen koken, stond de ruimte de hele nacht vol met etenslucht. Dit was erg storend.
Tot slot kreeg ik een bericht met het verzoek om vooral een goede beoordeling achter te laten, en de melding dat alles lager dan een 8 door Booking als slecht wordt gezien. Dat voelt manipulatief en niet correct.
