The space is beautiful and the host is very accommodating. We arrived late on the first day and he contacted the local pizza restaurant to ask them to stay open for a few more minutes so that we could get something to eat after a long day of driving, which was greatly appreciated. While our weather was too hot to really use the outdoor space, the outdoor space was ample and looked lovely.
The GPS on our car had trouble finding the location. And the fact that we were coming in at night complicated that, so we recommend that you plan to arrive in daylight. Also, it was not clear to us that there was literally no privacy other than the bathrooms. While the beds were located on separate floors, the whole space is open so if you are not traveling with those with whom you are very comfortable, it can pose a bit of a challenge. Finally, we were unable to get more than two of the burners on the stove to function. While many may not care, part of our reason for coming was to have the ability to cook local food, and so that posed a challenge as well.

This place was absolutely incredible!
Even though we travel a lot, there are only a few places in the world we could truly imagine moving into — and this is one of them. The owners are so kind, warm, and easy-going, which made the whole experience even more special.
As soon as you step into the courtyard, you walk through a stunning tree alley that feels utterly magical — and the little chapel is just breathtaking. Every corner, both indoors and outdoors, is designed with so much love and attention to detail. You can feel the sense of luxury, comfort, and deep appreciation for beauty in everything — from the elegant porcelain to the fully equipped kitchen.
It’s clear that the owners truly love what they do and that they care deeply about creating a place that feels extraordinary — almost like stepping onto a movie set. The atmosphere and energy here are truly unique and enchanting.
We’ve stayed in many castles and special accommodations, but this one is definitely among our all-time favorites. We were already checking our calendars to see when we could come back before we even left!
We honestly have nothing to add except what other guests have said too — we booked way too few nights!
Wholeheartedly and sincerely recommended — this place is pure magic.
