Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr sehr alt. Die Couch völlig durchgesessen, alles wirkt sehr alt, stark gebraucht, aber dennoch brauchbar.
