This duplex 3 bedroom apartment is ideally located a stone's throw from the city centre, perfect for business, family breaks or shopping.
The space
The apartment is set over two floors.
As you enter the apartment from ground level, steps take you up to the living area where you will find a large living room with a 55" Smart TV, comfy sofas and work area. Down the hall, is a separate dining area which leads through into a kitchen which has microwave oven, electric oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. Continue down the hall is the family bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Upstairs are three ample sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, clothes rail, full length mirror and a set of drawers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, clothes area and two sets of drawers and Bedroom 3 has a single bed, wardrobe and work area. Travel cot and highchair also available upon request.
Fibre broadband is also set up so it is the perfect place if you need to do any work.
