The Stüble's special feature is the seating area in front of the house with a view of the Breg River. This apartment is perfect for those seeking comfort, a retreat, and a cozy atmosphere. It includes: approximately 35 sq m, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a large, comfortable bathroom with a window, a cozy living/sleeping area (1 bed 160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a private seating area in front of the house, an electric vehicle charging station, a shared laundry room in the basement with a washer/dryer, iron, and other laundry facilities, free parking (the house is only accessible via stairs!), and cozy warmth thanks to an eco-friendly pellet heating system. An information folder with excursion tips, restaurant recommendations, and local insider tips is also provided. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. It is allergy-friendly.
