About this house rental
Bright and inviting, this holiday home is located only about 150 meters from the shore of the Limfjord, where you will also find a bathing jetty for refreshing swims and water activities. Built in 2008, the house offers modern comfort combined with a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for families or small groups who want to enjoy both relaxation and outdoor experiences close to the fjord. The interior is well designed with a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: two furnished with double beds and a third with two single beds. For comfort, the house features an energy-friendly heat pump as well as a cozy wood-burning stove for cooler days. Entertainment is provided with a TV including Chromecast, allowing you to stream from your own providers, and free Wi-Fi is also available. A highchair is provided for families with young children. Outdoors, a spacious terrace invites you to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. It is equipped with a charcoal grill and comfortable lounge furniture with cushions, creating the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing evenings. In the surrounding area you will find a playground, petanque facilities, and a mini golf course – two clubs are available in the house for guest use. Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and the property is not rented out to youth or tradesmen groups. With its scenic location and family-friendly features, this holiday home is a perfect base for a memorable stay by the Limfjord.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location is quite peaceful, surrounded by nature, It's a perfect spot for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle, We visited nearby Agger Tange Strand and it was beautiful,
