About this chalet rental

The Warren is a beautiful holiday property nestled within the Fletland Mill Holiday Hamlet, located in the heart of the stunning Northumberland countryside. This charming, detached cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for guests.

Inside the property, the open-plan living space is light and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. There are three double bedrooms, one with shower en-suite, making The Warren ideal for families or groups of friends. The property also features a modern bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, plus additional WC.

Outside, guests can enjoy their own private patio area, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months. The surrounding hamlet also offers beautiful, shared gardens. Set within the 3 acres of mainly lawned grounds, there is plenty of opportunity to sit back and relax and take in this tranquil setting, which is an ideal place for a relaxing break. There are a further 8 acres which are enclosed and situated across the river with a riverside walk exclusive to these properties. Those taking their dog away will enjoy the large, enclosed area just for dogs to be able to run off the lead, and for the more energetic guests there is use of the tennis court by arrangement.

Clean, open plan with lovely bathroom and en-suite bathroom with quality bedding and towels. Lovely setting and hosts were really nice too with great communication running up to the trip. The Christmas tree was a nice touch too Description states “the fireplace is a top feature of this holiday home” … where there isn’t actually a fire at all. A bottle of wine was given as an apology but feel the description should be changed. Few minor things could be improved/added. Champagne glasses would be nice especially for those celebrating. Needs another comfy chair as only enough seating for 5 adults in the evening. A grill pan for the grill … we weren’t able to use the grill because of this. Otherwise well stocked kitchen
