About this house rental
We love our indoor pool house and hope you will be able to experience all the joy it brings to us. The pool is indoor, and heating is possible for year-round swimming (8ft/4ft)
For sleeping, we have a Master Bedroom with a King bed. The Queen bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has two queen beds, in which one queen bed has a twin bed over the queen. The Game Room has two full futon beds. The office has a daybed. This home will sleep 12 comfortably.
Bathrooms: The Master Bedroom has a large jacuzzi bathtub with a separate stone shower. The Jack and Jill bathroom has the toilet and shower/bath separated by two spacious sinks. The Powder Room is a toilet and sink only.
Our Game Room has a 75” TV with two HDMI ports. There is an Office with a daybed which is quiet and a good distance from the Game Room.
The kitchen has the basic tools for cooking, pots/pans/utensils, etc. There is a toaster, toaster oven, Reverse Osmosis water for drinking, a Keurig dual machine for both coffee pods and drip coffee. We are working to add more to entice the best of cooks.

This is a great house!! My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have been more pleased. What fun to swim in our own indoor pool in Lubbock in November! The pool table was also a big hit. It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making this not only an entertaining place to spend a Lubbock vacation, but also a very comfortable one. For example the bedding, including the pillows and comfy throws were top quality. The kitchen had everything that you could possible need. We have stayed at numerous rental houses through the years, but this one takes the prize for the best-equipped ever! Thanks--we hope to stay again on another Lubbock trip!!

Amazing Stay! Our host is very thoughtful and we drove over 7 hours to surprise our son, who attends Texas Tech for his birthday. We didn’t have to think about a thing. House was fully loaded, super clean, the pool was amazing! Amazing memories! Thank you so much again for sharing your home! 50 stars and a must book!

Excellent stay. House has EVERYTHING you need at a home, extra towels, pool towels floats, this house has it all. It was nice to have an indoor too! Only complaints is floors need to be mopped better as my little one was really dirty after playing around, and
