My wife and I, along with 3 other couples visiting from Texas, stayed at this villa for 5 nights. The villa was perfect for our visit to this part of France.It is spacious on the inside, feeling larger than what the photos convey. The bedrooms were comfortable, climatized, and each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. We hired a private chef for one evening who prepared a meal in this kitchen and served us in the outdoor dining space.The outdoor living space is large, contains a heated pool, and is well equipped with comfortable patio/lounge furnishings. In the evening, the outdoor lighting enhances the ambiance already provided by the illuminated Fort Saint-André in the background.The location is ideal. While it feels secluded within the villa's property, it is just a 5 minute walk to several boulangeries and restaurants. It is centrally located between towns in the Gard (Uzes, Nimes), the Luberon (Roussillon, Gordes) and Southern Rhone wine towns (Chateaunuef du Pape, Gigondas, etc).The host, Fred, is friendly, helpful and a great communicator. The property manager, Marie Claire, greeted us at the villa for an easy check in and out.If this property is available for your timeframe, do not hesitate. Jump on it.
