A lovely spacious caravan, everything you could need to use whilst you're staying and if you want to dine in as well as going out. Lovely location on manor park, short walk down to the seafront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The caravan was good and location close to everything and only short walks away which was good
We were very disappointed with the decking looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years just left..we couldn’t sit outside as it was so dirty and also bird mess everywhere dried in on the windows doors…and seating outside was very disappointed with this…As on holiday you except to sit outside with having decking and table and chairs to do so..Also we have a 2 year old that wanted to play outside but we couldn’t allow him to do so..ruined the holiday to be honest…hope this improves for the next holiday makers…we couldn’t sleep well either with the seagulls the noise was terrible all through the night…Also had trouble with the hot water which the boiler was dangerous and the engineer wasn’t happy and sent someone else out the next day…water went off a few times..do feel we should have a deduction on our price of the holiday as it wasn’t what we were completely happy about 😞
