Overlooking the mountains in a hamlet, this detached house, located near the owners' dairy farm, is sure to charm you: stone, beams, wood, and an open fireplace with a traditional bread oven. All the ingredients are there. Wonderful memories guaranteed. The Lodge of the Guards, a leisure park offering sports activities for all ages, is 12 km away.
Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room, shower room (shower and toilet), laundry room.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom (bath and toilet). Electric heating and wood (provided free of charge).
Natural grounds with lawn (1500m²), large terrace offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, garden furniture, barbecue. Horse stabling available. Lapalisse 25 km. Vichy 35 km.
THE COTTAGE'S HIGHLIGHT: Firewood provided free of charge. Two beds are available on the sofa bed in the living room, and one bed is available in two of the upstairs bedrooms. A maximum of four additional guests are accepted at a rate of €15 per person per night.
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
