Sehr komfortabel, sehr gut ausgestattet für 4 Personen optimal. Sehr gute Lage zum Einkaufen, bäckerei 2 min entfernt, die Stadt sehr nah,Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. kostenlos Parkplätze in Stadtgarage. Auch gut zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus.
Die Terrasse, ein Schmuckstück wenn die saniert wäre.

La ubicacion es muy buena
La ventana del baño estaba rota de forma que por la noche entraron muchos insectos atraídos por la luz. La luz del pasillo de descolgó y nos golpeábamos si no íbamos con cuidado a cada paso. El acceso a la terraza de atrás horrible. Tal y como abrimos la puerta la cerramos. Que la ropa de cama y toallas no sean blancas de forma que se vea claramente la limpieza no da confianza. El apartamento en sí está bien , distribuciones, ubicación, el menaje es completo etc, pero necesita una reforma y limpieza integral. Las almohadas son incomodisimas. Totalmente sobrevalorado respecto al precio que pagamos. 1 vez al año viajamos a la zona pero claramente no volveremos .
