Location was perfect for me.
The stove knobs are incredibly easy to bump and turn on.
Similarly, the shower control is easy to bump, resulting in either icy or boiling water.
Im a big fat guy, so the chairs were of no use to me. Fortunately, I noticed that in the posting pictures, so I brought my own chair.

This was perfect for a 3 night stay with my 6 year old son, close to his summer camp. The location was great, place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. Quiet, even with the windows opened.
It was lacking in some basic kitchen items, such as a toaster, drinking glasses that weren’t old mason jars, and only had a single large pot and frying pan to cook with. It would also have been helpful to have a garbage can in the bathroom to avoid having to carry hygiene items through the main room to the garbage. Also, it seemed that the shower head needed de calcifying to improve shower flow.
