very comfortable location, 17 steps to the beach, 22 steps to the sea. the great view on the sea from the balcony.
the room is comfortable enough for a sleep, rest of time we were on the beach.

L'appartamento a 20 m dalla spiaggia,la cucina a disposizione e dove è possibile lasciare l'ombrellone o altri oggetti in tutta sicurezza aperto 24h ,la terrazza sopra dove godersi una bella vista mare con i tavolini,la terrazza sotto dove sedersi la mattina al fresco per il caffè,la terrazza fuori dalla camera(vista mare) il climatizzatore in camera,il parcheggio adiacente all'appuntamento,oppure a 50 m in un parco sotto gli ulivi,e soprattutto la gentilezza del proprietario.

It was very close to the beach!
There are a lot of stairs, not a problem for us. However if you have mobility issues, you should take it into consideration or make sure you ask for the first floor.
