It was a very clean apartment, with a nice size main room where I could put my stuff (I was carrying a lot of baggage). I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked like a fully functional kitchen that could be expected in a new apartment.
The Booking.com map was terrible, showing the location on the wrong side of the big street; of course, this is not the fault of the host, and he was very understanding in helping me find it (I had gotten lost and went to the OMV gas station and waited for him to meet me). There is a much easier way to get to the apartment than any map would show: the key is to first go the Hotel Rojal Putni, and the round the corner (taking a right) of the hotel, then just past the hotel there is a driveway with a big gate bar, and then follow the parking lot, and building 4A is right there.
