Very responsive to questions and the video walk through on how to get to rooms before hand was most helpful.

Very clean, comfortable, easy to access, perfect location.

Room is small, although it is well equipped and classy

The rooms was very clean and had every amenity possible to make our stay good, the location is also prime, it’s within walking distance of the center.

We only had a few bumps along the way like the aircon wasn’t set to cold mode due to the time of the year, but after communicating it to the team they fixed it promptly.

The flat has new furniture, beautifully decorated.

It’s a self check in, with several stairs to climb, no lift. The cleaning person comes only for 2 hours at day so if you sleep a bit more you cannot have your room tidied up. For the same reason, as the host is no there, you are forced to check out on time without any kind of flexibility despite the room is so tiny they can be cleaned up in 30 minutes. The flat is really tiny and have no place for your luggage’s, despite being well decorated it’s missing a luggage stool or some actual space to open your luggage. They squeezed every centimetre to make extra rooms but leaving the room too small in my opinion.
