The way the management company handled things was disappointing (not referring to the check-in person—they were fine). When you go, expect the minimum, and you might end up happier. This place is hosted by a management company, and it seems like they're cutting corners wherever they can plus they had some attitude that we did not appreciate. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but it was not a pleasant experience.
