Perfectly located in the historical town center with multiple restaurants, cafes, free and paid beaches nearby. Very modern, clean, and comfortable suite. Beautiful views from the balcony. External soundproofing does a good job isolating street noise. A tiny kitchenette is convenient for tea/coffee/snack, but not for normal cooking.
Internal soundproofing is rather insufficient, it is good to have quiet neighbors. No dishwasher, no washing machine, although the accommodation is more like an apartment than a hotel. Guests may use services provided by the nearby Miramare hotel (5 mins walk), reception is also there.

We booked the penthouse suite. Location and amount of space was great but it was dark with little light. No balcony or big windows as one would expect in a penthouse. You could have sea view sitting on a chair in front of the small window. Although newly constructed, fixtures such as taps are already breaking. Cleaning service was good. Beach access is not included.
You pay 40 euro per person for the day for beach ac ess of the Miramare, which is on the Bay of silence. However, location is brilliant. Sestri Levante is a beautiful place.
