About this house rental
Our cozy home, set in a quiet neighborhood with safe streets for walking/running, is located just two miles from Fuzzy Zoeller's Covered Bridge Golf Club and a 15-minute drive from downtown Louisville. With a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, this three-bedroom home is great for families, couples, or groups of friends to stay comfortably! The full house is available for guest use, except for a few locked closets.
Our home is set on a small neighborhood lot with a fully-fenced-in, private backyard.
Our spacious living room provides seating for seven with a couch, loveseat, recliner, and soft chair.
The full kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, an electric range with double oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, an electric hot-water pot for tea, a toaster, knives and silverware, pots and pans, dishes and glasses.
The dining room table is complete with six chairs.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, a recliner (with heat and massage options), TV with Roku, electric fireplace, and private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, dresser, TV with DVD player, drawers full of DVDs for guest use, and closet.
The third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a dresser with bookshelves, children's books and board games, a child rocking chair, and closet.
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub and includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
We now have a brand new four-seasons room and deck in the backyard for guest use! Fire up the BBQ grill and eat dinner on the deck, then enjoy a relaxing evening around the outdoor fire table or in the four-seasons room. House rules:
—No parties
—No parking in the street or in the yard
—No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes
—Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
—Only 3 vehicles on property
—No trailers on property
—Only registered guests allowed on property unless pre-approved by owners (additional fee may apply)
—No fireworks

House was clean and well kept. The 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds worked great for the 4 adults. The 3rd bedroom with a set of bunk beds worked great for the 2 kids. The kitchen and dining area fully met our needs. We did come across a lot of good restaurants, so not a ton of cooking was done in the kitchen. Sunroom was a nice area to have to hang out in after a day of exploring in Louisville. The deck out back was great in the evening for some more relaxing, visiting with friends and a card game. The lights added a nice ambiance and the fans were great when the breeze was lacking. Location was not a bad drive to downtown Louisville, yet far enough from crazy city life. Hosts made themselves very accessible for questions, which weren't many. Thanks!
