L 'apartment of 50 square meters has its own entrance, completely renovated while maintaining the original historical appearance, ceilings with original oak beams and exposed stone walls. Furniture in arte povera style.

The apartment is on two levels with a very characteristic staircase in wood and wrought iron leading to the upper floor.

The garden of about 1000 square meters is equipped with tables and benches, barbeque, centuries-old olive grove and oak forest. Swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds.
