About this house rental
PLEASE NOTE: THE ALPACAS HAVE MOVED TO A NEW PROPERTY.
Our Guesthouse at Durrant Farms is a warm and sunny private 1b1b guesthouse apartment with balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. Enjoy both pastural and mountain views as you sip your morning coffee and unwind with the relaxing sounds of the rural landscape. The space is best suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people when using the pull-out couch in the living room.
Guests have access to the guesthouse apartment and included parking area. Guests are also welcome to explore our property including the trails, shared garden and amenity deck near the waterfall.
Durrant Farms has moved to Durrant Farms Estate (157 Browntown Rd. Leicester, NC). We no longer live on-site and our "boys" are just 15 minutes up the road. If you are staying at the Guesthouse at Durrant Farms, you are absolutely welcome to come over to the new place to meet them!

We will include farm fresh eggs, bread, milk and butter for you to make your own breakfast. Also, just a reminder, we have moved from this property, but our Guesthouse is still available and it is a lovely, private space with a sauna, flourishing garden, and views of waterfalls, mountains, and rural pastural landscape.
