The Cocoonr agency offers you this very pretty seaside and family house for rent in the commune of Sarzeau, in the small village of Brillac. This 170 m² house, which sleeps 8, offers a beautiful view over the Gulf of Morbihan, with direct, private access to a coastal path from its pleasant 2000 m² garden.
This house is composed :
On the first floor:
- A very luminous living room of 40 m² with living room, fireplace and wood stove
- An open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
- A relaxation area with sofa and library with a view of the garden and the sea
- An office space that can be used as a bedroom with a double sofa bed
- A bathroom with a shower
- A toilet
- A laundry space with washing machine and dryer
On the second floor, two distinct spaces with two different staircases:
- A first part with a beautiful double room with a bed of 160x200
- A single room
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- A second part with a second double room with a bed of 160x200
- A room with a pull-out bed
- A room with two single beds
- A room with a single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC

A beautiful garden of 2,000 m² with a nice terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the magnificent view of the gulf.
In the small village of Brillac in Sarzeau, you will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market with Sarzeau less than 10 minutes away by car.
Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.
- Nearest train station: Vannes at 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique at 1h30 by car.
Sheets and towels are provided. The beds will be made on your arrival. At your disposal also, tea towels, basic condiments; tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper...

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided
- Animals are not accepted
- No smoking

Ker Anna When we first entered it was a very clean house so we decided to take off our shoes indoor. However, the agent who showed us around did not take off her shoes. But that's okay, we just clean up after she leaves. We 2 family of 8 enjoyed our stay a lot. Each child has their own bedroom. The private garden is great for barbecues and for the kids to run around. There is a piano in the salon for those who like to play. The kitchen is simple but adequate to prepare our meals. Tools for seafood lovers are also readily available. The surroundings are quiet and calm. The view from the house is beautiful. Delicious seafood restaurants are just 10-minute bike ride away. Basically it's a great place for 2 families. It would be nicer to have somewhere to store our bikes.

🙂 The location is exceptional , close to small shops and local towns . there are amazing coastal walks from the back garden .The house is beautifully decorated with we enjoyed cooking , lighting an evening fire and reading books. its a very nice property and reminded us of our cape cod home in USA . we will definitely be coming back . The host service was also excellent ."
