Apartment with magnificent view of the "Rio di Santa Maria Maggiore" consisting of a complete kitchen with dining table, living room with single sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), one bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. Venetian flooring, air conditioning, dishwasher, high-level furnishings. Extra bed available upon request (sofa bed). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Very hard to locate the apartment with Google maps or Waze. Had to call manager for step by step directions. There was no mention of 3 flights of stairs to climb for entry to the apartment. No elevator. The main bedroom has a step up that makes it a little dangerous to enter or exit, especially in the middle of the night for a toilet visit.There are 118 bridges in Venice, so be mindful of alot to steps wherever you go.
