- Please note, the driveway is steep and has hairpin switchbacks.
- Firewood is not provided for the fireplace. Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase locally.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Magical at night. Wonderful to wake up while the mist was still hanging and watch PR come to life. A world away, but really only a few minutes from downtown PR. Everything we needed, clean and organized. A perfect stay. Thank you.

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private property. The house was perfectly equipped, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, making it easy to settle right in. The two decks were an added highlight, especially in the evenings when the weather was cooler. We would gladly recommend this home to others and would be delighted to return for another visit!

My family and I loved this VRBO. The view is unbeatable, I could live there all year!It’s only 5 minutes from downtown, so it’s quite convenient to get places. We loved everything from the shuffleboard table to the hot tub to all the couches to the free salsa and chips and swag.

There is really a mouse infestation IN the house. They ate an entire bowl of pistachios. Then we found the shells under a pillow in one of the bedrooms. There was mouse poop and other stuff around the house on the floor, carpet, counters etc.Also, there were dirty clothes in one of the bedroom drawers. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we need. The views were beautiful. It was quiet and private. The king beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the other room because of the evidence of mice or something in there.
