The property was really lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great to be in the old town, close to shops and restaurants and the waterfront with a little grocery store and bakery nearby. The hosts were very responsive and instructions to get access the property were excellent. It WAS a bit of a climb up all the stairs with the suitcases! We appreciated the air conditioning and the apartment was well soundproofed. We had all we needed for our stay. We also used the parking spot, used Uber to get close to the apartment with our cases on arrival and Globo mini transfers picked us up right at the door when we checked out.
The stairs, but we knew it would be a bit of a hike up when we booked. It is after all in an old building.

Schönes Appartement mitten in der Stadt. Alles da, was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt!
Leider sind die Zimmer im vierten Stock und es sind sehr viele schmale Treppen zum Hochlaufen. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist mit Koffern einfach weit und nicht angenehm..
Für einen Aufenthalt war es nett, wir würden es aber angesichts des hohen Preises nicht mehr buchen. Preis Leistung ist nicht ganz korrekt.

It's a newly refurbished loft conversion with the bed on an upper floor. The apartment is very well appointed and we appreciated the extra touches of a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge on arrival. Location is very central with 2 bakeries and a small grocers only a few steps away. Baluota beach is only a 5mins walk.
Parking is included in the price (very useful in Rovinj) but is 10-15 minutes walk away. If you have a lot of luggage and need to take a taxi, bear in mind that taxis can't enter the Old Town after 18:30.
