Very nicely decorated and looked after. Nice to have some tea and coffee available. A tasteful property.
The garden could do with a makeover - you have done such a good job on the inside of the house! Just needs a bit of work in the garden - and in the longer term a nicer bigger patio area would have been good.
Mattresses weren’t very comfy - much too soft / lumpy.
Next door (upstairs) was a bit noisy- but not much you can do about that I guess!

Excellent location, lots within walking distance. Everybody we met was very friendly.
Shingle gardens need brightening up to make more interesting to sit in. Perhaps a few colourful ornaments or a few tubs, drought resistant plants. Stained sofas in lounge. Steep stairs an issue for one of us.
