Charme in Porta Palio - City Center

Ottima posizione, in un quartiere molto tranquillo, un complesso di edifici molto belli e sicuri. Appartamento moderno e pulito con ottimi servizi aggiuntivi. È dotata di vari elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina per cucinare, che è un vantaggio se si desidera risparmiare e cucinare a casa durante le vacanze. Dispone inoltre di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, rare in appartamenti in affitto come questi e molto apprezzate.

Le istruzioni per l'accesso e il video che ci hanno inviato sono obsoleti; le chiavi non si trovano più nella cassetta di sicurezza indicata. Sarebbe opportuno aggiornare o chiarire in modo inequivocabile il funzionamento attuale del processo (che rimane comunque molto semplice). Abbiamo trovato alcuni utensili da cucina lavati male e una teglia da forno all'interno del forno, sporca di residui di cibo (insieme a un intenso odore di carne alla griglia nell'aria entrando nell'appartamento). Non è stato un problema che ci ha dato particolarmente fastidio, ma visto che ci avevano avvertito che ci sarebbe stato un supplemento se non avessimo pulito dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento, credo che le strutture dovrebbero essere monitorate meglio tra la partenza di un gruppo di ospiti e l'arrivo del successivo. Ci hanno offerto una pulizia extra, ma dato che ci fermavamo solo due notti, abbiamo rifiutato. È stato apprezzabile il loro sincero interesse e la proposta di una soluzione.

Lage war sehr gut, 15Min bis Innenstadt

The location is close to the train station and the apartment is clean/safe. The check in video is very helpful. There’s a short cut to get out via back door to parking.

Somehow the keys didn’t work well. Had to try a few times before they worked. Be aware that heater switch in the kitchen shouldn’t be turned off by mistake.

Relatively big apartment comfortable for 4 people, nice terrace, free parking outside the complex

Location is a bit far from the center but manageable. Staff - can’t even say anything since no contact - didn’t like that you only get generic messages from the host or threats for fines (30 euros) if dishes are not clean on checkout not even welcome or bye message just not something that we are used to (we prefer self checkin because its quicker but always got at least some welcome message or recommendations from hosts). Really weird that someone mentions that usage of the kitchen is free - if you choose the apartment of course it’s free (included). Also- there is washing machine and a dishwasher but not even one tablet/pod to put in them. So far wherever we’ve been you had usually one pod per night of stay but that’s fine we cleaned everything as always but when it comes to practicality I recommend that you add these for future guests - if there is 4 of you and you travel 15 hours and come at night there is really no need for you to go look for and buy detergent or pods
