Location was good with views of the sea. house was clean bright and airy and comfortable.
Having read a September review I was a bit worried about the damp dining room but measures were in place to address this/ radiator on/ humidifier.
No instructions for appliances apart from coffee machine. We’re not very tech savvy. Only realised on the last evening that one of the remotes worked the fire. Didn’t know how the heating worked but luckily we didn’t need it.
The double bed only appeared to have a single quilt in a double bed cover. Plug in bath difficult to remove. No soap in the toilets.

A lovely family break at Seapinks in Port Isaac. The property is approximately a 5 minute walk from the heart of Port Isaac. Seapinks is clean, tidy and well appointed providing a great base for anyone wishing to explore the town and surrounding areas. Two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in shower on the first floor and a single bedroom, kitchen, diner, lounge, utility room and toilet / shower room on the ground floor. There is also off road parking for two vehicles. I would recommend the property.

Great location, with invaluable private parking space. The property was generally clean and had good amenities. The sheets and towels provided were great, nice quality. And we loved having big bath towels! Easy access to the village, and the area.
