Very good location, close to bus station, close to groceries, close to laundry washing store, close to the river. Low price.
Some of the lights weren't working. It wasn't awful, but a bit annoying from time to time.

Close to centre
TV shelf hanging off wall (I was worried it would fall off the shelf)
Coffee table broken, leg hanging off.
Water coming from flat directly above (person in flat above invited me to come up and look at water on the floor coming from above, which eventually come though, but not as bad as the flat above. Sadly they got no help from the landlord.)
