Absolutely everything, such a lovely,clean, homely place, the lady who greeted us made us feel so welcome, little biscuit/breakfast basket was lovely, variety of refreshments,big bath, bed was very comfortable, lovely views, would 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning in the near future,

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge at Highlands. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with peaceful views and the constant soundtrack of songbirds. We were lucky enough to spot birds of prey overhead, which made the experience feel even more special and close to nature.
The hosts were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and clearly very well cared for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was lovely and modern.
Overall, a relaxing, high-quality stay in a stunning setting and we would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

The lodge itself is beautiful, both inside and outdoors, and the hosts were absolutely brilliant. Easy to find, free parking, and lovely views from the lodge. The interior had everything we needed and we loved the extra nice touches like a stocked up coffee machine, nice toiletries, lovely bedding, etc. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back.

so much attention to detail. bottled water in the fridge, a good quality tower fan, the croissants left out, the small toiletries. the owners of this property clearly care about it and it shows.
