- The reception staff were very welcoming. The gym and spa facilities were well maintained and clean, and the accommodation itself was also clean and well presented.
- The property is conveniently located near the city centre however the area was excessively noisy. The road is consistently busy, resulting in continuous traffic noise. - Additionally, there is a nightclub nearby, and frequent shouting and disturbances could be heard, particularly during the early hours of the morning resulting in sleepless nights, even witnesses/heard car accidents right outside of window.
- The waste bins emitted a strong and very unpleasant odour, which at times was noticeable even while I was in the gym and in the communal corridors.
- The vending machine was faulty. I paid for items that were not dispensed and, despite repeated contact with the supplier, I was not refunded.
- I was disappointed that my room was serviced only once during my three-week stay.
