BELVITA Hotel

The property was clean and well maintained. You can visibly see the cleaners working hard as well as the pools being checked daily. The food had a variety of delights; something for everyone. The waiters and chefs were delightful and it was clear they took pleasure in their job to make sure the guests were fed well. The Gyro man and Stonebaked pizzas man were welcoming and keen to make the guests happy. Fodi and I shared a lot of moments about how much pizza I ate! The bar staff were superbly amazing. Christof, Nikos and Elizabeth especially made our stay amazing. Quick to serve and always with a smile. They played a big part in making us feel welcome and like family. The banter was particularly enjoyable after all laughter makes the world go round. The receptionists cannot be faulted. Their keenness to make every guests experience delightful really showed. We arrived late evening and about 45 minutes later than expected and we were never made to feel anything but welcome despite how late it was. We were given rooms with fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and sandwiches in the fridge. We were then told we were being moved rooms. Although we were happy with what we had, we were especially delighted to be given a villa for our weeks stay which included a pool. We were made to feel special and the smiles on the workers faces when they saw how delighted we were, really showed how much their guests meant to them. In addition, we were particularly entertained by the onsite entertainment. Momo and Vincent really helped to make this holiday one to remember for all the right reasons. Even if our memories were somewhat hindered by the ouzu game (great fun though). The beach is a very short walk and I highly recommend the sunrise viewing at the beach. Bus rides to other places of interests are a small costs. The town consisted of various shops and restaurants, the locals were friendly and welcoming. A special shout out goes to Jambo the cat.

Staff was amazing thanks everybody. The room was big, new and clean. Food was ok needs some upgrades, pizza was very good. Fair value.

The reception staff were super friendly, helped us with taxis and other information regarding the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Momo from the animation team was super friendly and would always come over to talk to us. He creates a very fun environment, just wish other animation members did the same. The other animators never came over to speak to us about activities as they mostly spoke with French tourists.

This hotel should be 3 stars at the most. Not a lot of options (10-12 options) at the buffet and 4 dishes were the exact same for lunch and dinner (fries, hard chicken nuggets, spaghetti and tomato sauce for the pasta). Breakfast was better however I was given pancakes that were not cooked, I had batter leaking out of the middle. A major thing that ruined the atmosphere for us was the older gentleman that was serving the pizzas. He had a terrible attitude towards a lot of people staying at the hotel. Even poked my partner to get his attention as he didn’t put the tongs back on the plate (he left them on the wrong plate). I no longer went to the snack bar due to feeling uncomfortable. Luckily the last few days of the holiday we had a woman serving the pizzas and she was very friendly.
