Hen Bost Nefyn

Location was great. Interior design fixtures and fittings were excellent. Very comfortable and warm and exceptionally clean. Great friendly host .

Very pleasant, caring couple, keen to check everything was to our satisfaction. Immediately came to fix a problem with shower. Gave good advice re. local amenities and there were leaflets and books re. the local area. Clean, spacious, light, good supply of crockery, cutlery, utensils and household appliances, pleasant decor and pictures with nice touches of traditional items amongst the modern kitchen units,good shower and heated rail and radiator in bathroom, bedroom was homely. Close to cliff tops and wonderful long beach (10 min walk) and very close to 2 local shops with good everyday supplies. Llŷn Peninsula is a great place for walkers of all types, whether on Pilgrimage, exploring, fitness, historical interests, short walks or for long-distances. Nefyn great place to be based as all parts easily accessible.

Next to busy main road through town. (We're not used to living by main roads. Others probably wouldn't notice). Slightly small wardrobe. No hooks by entrance to hang coats or shoe rack especially if you're walkers.

The superb location, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, kind hosts, little noise from the street because of the thick stone walls, huge dining room table, spacious main room. Nefyn is a charming location full of traditional Welsh culture, at the heart of wonderful coastal walking paths, beautiful beaches, lanes and footpaths up local hills (great views). I very much hope to stay at Yr Hen Bost again.
