La localisation est parfaite. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. La cuisine est très bien équipée.
L’insonorisation est un point faible. Les finitions dans l’appartement ont besoin d’un coup de refresh.

Nous avons dû nous débrouiller. Heureusement il y avait un magasin, les viennoiserie n'y étaient pas savoureuses mais sa allait.
Les toilettes au rez-de-chaussée, les escaliers bruyants, durs à escalader, le lit conjugal craquait de partout. Les autres lits mieux mais la deuxième chambre étai emières nuits

Ligging en appartement was zeer ok. Enkel spijtig van de matrassen maar zal persoonlijk zijn.
