Everything was good plenty of space in the bed rooms and it was nice and quiet
There was no safety latch on the window in the single bed room so was too dangerous to let our small children sleep in there as they could fall out

There was a fight in the driveway around 5am, which was kei te pai - we mind our business (hahahaha). However, we walked outside the next morning, and my son got glass in his foot. Yes, he was barefooted. Regardless!

The beds are really comfortable. Great aircon it was clean and host was very lenient.
There was already a few holes in the walls and scuff marks everywhere but other then that it was really good.

The house is beautiful, 2 storeys, 3-bedroom townhouse. Clean but with some flaws (Broken or non-working items) garage un-usable for car use due to floor being carpeted. This is a nice house, but if you have families staying longer than 1 night you need to provide suitable items for a family to feel comfortable for a week's stay. Provide adequate seating in the dining, kitchen bench and lounge. Beds had clean sheets and thin blankets. Bathroom towels provided were clean. Each toilet needs a toilet brush. Adequate number of spare toilet paper rolls need to be handy also. Maybe have a cupboard that holds spare TP rolls and Garbage bags. Needs notices re. Garbage day, do you want the tenant to take out the garbage to the road and bring the bins back in or will you be sending someone around to clear the bins inside the apartment and putting out the bins or bringing in?
All rooms had ample wardrobe space but no hangers. 3 bedroom house and we booked for 7 nights the comfort to hang clothes up to air and not live out of a suitcase. 3 bedroom house but lounge is suitable for 2 adults only. dinner table only suitable for 2 adults and a 3rd person. the 3rd dining chair was outside in the rain, so we didn't have a 3rd chair for sit at the dining table. The toilets missing toilet brushes, this helps us live in clean bathrooms, by being able to also clean up personally. bathrooms had full / family size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap but were half full, this felt like they were left over from the last tenant or was only half full and left on the bathroom floor. please invest in a Caddy and also smaller bottles if going to provide this. you can always refill smaller bottles with the large bottles. The TV was not working, either this unit does not have an antenna or the antenna is broken. WIFI was provided but it was only for a few days? there was no information in the house advising the limit on the WIFI or any TV issue? Also, no information to advise of local shopping centers, tourist ideas or locations to see, NO emergency numbers to contact if necessary. Washer is broken, but we were only advised of this the day before we were checking in. No working washer, and no information provided about the local laundry, lucky we walked down the road to find them and ask about prices and how they work. Car garage is attached to this apartment, which we were advised we can use this garage, this garage is only suitable for a small car. The garage floor is carpeted. WE had a big car so could not get our car into the garage, if we had a small car we would not park in the garage with carpeted floors. If the car leaked or left a stain on the carpet, there was nothing in writing to say we would not be charged any additional cleaning fees. again, no information about this is in the apartment. The grass outside was overgrown.
