The apartment was well equipped and easy to use. Natasha very helpful and gave lots of additional information on beaches and restaurants, which I appreciated
The outdoor seating not very comfortable and the beach below very down at heal and dirty (not Natasha’s fault, obviously but it seems not that geared to Northern Europeans who like to swim!

Great quiet location about 30 mins or so walk from the main harbour, a nice walk but with luggage do get a taxi. 2 good restaurants around the corner. Clean, nice big bathroom, good shower and comfy large bed. Nice view of sea. Really liked the benched seated area, generally a good amount of space for the price.
A lack of light in kitchen area so it was hard to see much for basic use of sink & fridge and making tea/coffee in evening. And conversely, lack of black out on windows as shutters are slatted/angled, as dawn light streams in, but we hung towels over so no big problem.
Transfer car did not go well after a long twisty detour to first take others to other locations as one of their cars had broken down, which made me feel unwell after an already long journey, but having talked to Natassa about it she gave us a complementary return journey which was appreciated. Unfortunately second journey also uncomfortable as there was also a terrible acrid smell in the car on both occasions, so if returning to Symi we would not use this transfer agency.
