When I booked hotel took payment in 3 parts rather then all at once, I therefore incur bank charges for each transaction. I would not stay here again or recommend hotel as the room was a basic room, I did book superior room I felt that this was not superior. When arrived in the room 2 plug sockets and lamps on each side did not work, ask down at the reception to fix but this was never fixed, another point when the room was clean was left with one towel for 2 people this is unacceptable we did not even have hand towels. Around the pool area need more tables to sit at and more sun lounges as there was not enough for people. Food was acceptable get what you pay for.
