I stayed in ostello bello lake como and it was amazing but this location was ok. The wifi was on/off in my bed in the room I stayed (37). It is the cheapest room, (also dont forget 4.5 euros extra for city tax upon arrival). Older lady with blonde hair in the morning: once I checked out and passcode no longer works, she said i couldnt use the kitchen because I "checked out". (This made me feel unwelcome. They only treat you well if you're paying guest. This ruined the hospitalityf for me.) I have never heard of such a rule, typically, guests can hang around and utilize kitchen. I told her I needed kitchen access because my food was still in there!!! Which is weird because no way could I have access to any other rooms since you need an additional code for it and there are security cameras everywhere that reception sees. Be aware that they charge you 5 euros to use the luggage storage. So I left my stuff in the lounge space (at my own expense) to explore Naples for 2 hours. This unfortunately was not a good experience at this ostello bello.
