Angekommen - wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist eng aber notwendig. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Innenstadt Stade ist schwierig. Vom Standort aus ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Eine gut ausgestattete FW. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es kann alles zu Fuß abgelaufen werden😊 Hervorheben möchten wir, dass in dem kleinen Bad verhältnismäßig viel Ablagefläche ist....und viele Haken zum Aufhängen 🤗
Es gibt nur zwei Dinge die nicht geändert werden können: die sehr kleine Dusche und der beengte Tiefgaragenstellplatz🫣

Top-Lage direkt im Zentrum. Alles kann man fußläufig erreichen. Schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht.

Die Lage
Abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig und zu wenig Geschirr. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung. Es war immer hell! Keine Garderobe. Hellhörig. Keine Ablage in der Dusche. Kein Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder, trotz Zusage bei der Buchung. Schlechte/keine Kommunikation.
