YOUTH GROUPS NOT PERMITTED.Cozy and well-maintained cottage with orangery located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a beautiful natural plot bordering open green areas in Bork Harbor.The living room, which has lovely light and a view of the well-kept grounds, has both a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV, and will undoubtedly be the obvious gathering place in the cottage. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and also has direct access to a peaceful and partially covered terrace that also leads to the cottage's fantastic orangery from 2021. The orangery, which is well equipped with garden furniture and patio heaters, adds an extra dimension to outdoor living and is just waiting to provide the setting for long, cozy moments in all seasons.Inside, the cottage also has two bright bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, sauna, and underfloor heating, and an alcove where the little ones can retreat. In addition, there is a small annex.Bork Harbor is a lovely and peaceful vacation area that offers a wealth of activities for the whole family. Not least, Bork Harbor is known as one of Denmark's best places for water sports.A really nice vacation home in Bork Harbor with free final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a fantastic time at the holiday home in Hemmet! The terrace was perfect for our evening barbecues, and the kids loved having their own space in the second bedroom, The kitchen had everything we needed, making our stay so convenient, Would definitely recommend!
